Garnier "I love my BB" Rewards Program Review

Ok, so earlier this year Garnier was running a special rewards program on their Facebook page which I was lucky enough to take part in. They had everyone do different things each day to earn points (answer questions, post pics, invite friends and more). You earn points for each thing you complete and then you are able to trade those points in for a prize. The prizes ranged from a keychain to t-shirts to single bottles of BB cream to a year supply of BB cream to a raffle entry for a Vespa. So, after a few months I earned enough points to get a one year supply (6 bottles) of BB cream. I ordered them back in May and I didn't get the email saying they had shipped until September 5th due to a overwhelming amount of reward redemptions. Today is September 24th and I still have not received my year supply that I ordered. Garnier's support team is working with me to get me out a replacement box since I never received mine.
